Guacamole
1 eager, self feeding 1 year old
1/2 an avocado, diced into tiny pieces
Throw in a few smashed black beans
Place a few pieces on tray, sit back, and let the magic happen!
(I'm not sure if the green in his nose is avocado or....ha!) 
He's happy, it was fun, and yes, he did have a long bath afterwards.
